Real Estate Rebates for Nonprofits

We recognize the sacrifices that nonprofits make in their journey to help others. That’s why we offer nonprofit employees, volunteers, and donors some of the best real estate incentives in the country. When you buy or sell a home with The CARE Network, your Realtor will rebate 25% of their commission back to you at closing. If you need a mortgage, our preferred lenders offer credits of up to $500, and our home services partners offer thousands in additional savings.

All of this is our way to say THANK YOU for making our world a better place!

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is the rebate I get from my Realtor?
Nonprofit founders, employees, and volunteers get a 25% rebate on their Realtor’s commission.
What is a Realtor rebate?

A Realtor rebate is when the agent gives back to their client a portion of their gross commission. For example, if your Realtor’s gross commission is $10,000 and you get a 25% rebate, then you’ll get $2,500 at closing.

How do I get my rebate at closing?

We recommend that you have your Realtor credit your rebate towards your closing costs. This is as good as cash, and it prevents complicating the transaction. It is possible to get a rebate check after closing, but this will vary by location.

Cashback savings are available in most states, but not all. You are not required to work with any particular agent to be eligible for our Cashback Savings, however, your real estate agent must approve of the savings prior to signing any agreements with that agent. Savings are typically calculated as a % of your agent’s commission, so factors including, but not limited to, the negotiated commission percentage and new construction incentives, may influence the final savings amount.
